Commissioning Mechanical Lead

Ensure safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance execution of Instrumentation and Control Systems while strictly complying with HSE rules, legislative regulations, and international standards. Actively contribute to Safety Walkdowns, prepare incident reports, and conduct investigations. Approve work permits during shifts to enable scheduled works, ensuring full adherence to approved safety and quality standards. Identify, report, and follow up on risks within your area of responsibility, controlling hazards to prevent damage to equipment, personnel, and the environment. Supervise Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up activities according to approved procedures, issue reports, and support specialists and vendors. Coordinate the Technical Room with the Process Area. This role involves global mobility rotations between China and Qatar, with assignments extending until September 2026 or October 2027, requiring a minimum of five years of experience and fluent English.
