Commissioning Manager

Job Summary
Lead commissioning efforts across all levels (1-5) for mission-critical facilities, specifically data centers, by coordinating and managing equipment vendors and creating detailed CX schedules. Conduct pre-energization inspections, review third-party test reports for NETA standards, and drive closure of functional defects prior to and during the process. Manage on-site third-party CX teams, ensure LOTO practices are communicated with EHS and Field Supervision, and track issues from detection to resolution. Requires 3+ years of experience with Electrical/Mechanical systems, Automated Commissioning Management Software, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Full-time onsite role in Atlanta with competitive base salary, bonus program, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years experience in all CX Levels (1-5) inspections, testing and commissioning of Electrical/Mechanical systems
- Has a detailed understanding of MEP system designs and how they integrate to meet the requirements outlined in the Contract Documents and Sequence of Operations
- 3+ Years experience with Automated Commissioning Management Software
- Ability to read, review, and interpret technical details of high value MEP equipment
- Bachelor's Degree – Electrical/Mechnical Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
- Experience can be from Military service
- Specifically the Navy Nuke or Electrician/HVAC Program
