Job Summary
Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and strategies for data center projects while collaborating with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to integrate commissioning activities into overall project timelines. Oversee the commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure seamless integration and conduct comprehensive testing to validate performance against design specifications. Manage third-party Commissioning Authority relationships, including onboarding, documentation preparation, and contract management, while facilitating communication among all stakeholders. Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, and maintain detailed documentation of test results and outcomes. Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on the status of commissioning activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning or QA/QC, preferably within data centers or other mission-critical facilities
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems commissioning processes
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to commissioning
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
