Commissioning Manager

Job Summary
Manage the commissioning program across multiple data centre projects, coordinating activities between construction teams, vendors, and operations personnel. Oversee testing and validation of critical systems including power distribution, cooling, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure. Lead the compilation of technical reports, submission of status updates, and monthly project reports to Project Directors and Project Managers. Conduct progressive site inspections to identify commissioning concerns and witness contractor testing results to confirm compliance. Review and approve commissioning plans, test scripts, and completion documentation while managing internal teams and third-party vendors. Create detailed commissioning schedules aligned with the overall project timeline and drive continuous improvement of commissioning practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 years' solid DC experience in MEP systems, building services coordination and/or testing & commissioning process
- At least 3 years at managerial level
- Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline in engineering
- Good understanding of the testing & commissioning process, site installation and project management of MEP and building services field
- Hands-on knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Reliable and proactive working attitude
- Self-motivated with good initiatives as a team leader
- Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle all stakeholders
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as a Commissioning Engineer
