Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without the need for work sponsorship now or in the future
- 10+ years of direct HVAC, building operations, or construction fields
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel
- Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others

- Working experience with Revit
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design
