Job Summary
Commissioning Engineer for Data Centers to troubleshoot diagnostics, perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on critical facilities equipment within Berwick, PA data centers; participate in analyses and reports on data center infrastructure; develop project plans; operate and service state-of-the-art systems (MV switchgear, diesel generators, paralleling switchboards, UPS, PDU, CRAH/CRAC, chillers, fire detection/suppression, BMS/BAS); ensure MOPs/SOPs are followed; review schematics/one-line diagrams; support reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainable design for mission-critical facilities; required to travel and collaborate with clients; background in Electrical/Mechanical Power/Systems and data center/mission-critical experience; Navy nuclear experience a huge plus; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project; education preferred but not strictly required (Bachelor's/Associate degree a plus).
Required Qualifications
- 4-10+ years experience with Electrical Power Systems or the Mechanical / HVAC Field
- Data Center / Mission Critical experience a must
- Bachelor's / Associates Degree as an Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer a plus
- Previous experience in the Military / Military veterans in all branches that have experience with Electrical / Mechanical is a huge plus
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience commissioning enterprise data centers, colos, and hyperscale companies
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Electrical equipment testing experience in a Critical Facilities / facility environment
- Previous experience conducting Level 1-5 Commissioning
- Possess basic knowledge of systems design for various projects
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
