Job Summary
Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation for building systems across the full project lifecycle. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify constructability, then coordinate with MEPF trade partners during verification processes. Track equipment results, resolve issues, and assist in developing schedules and test procedures. Perform field observations to confirm progress, maintain records using project software, and prepare manuals and closeout materials. Ensure systems operate correctly while maintaining safety, quality, and budget objectives. Join a team delivering complex commercial and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to the full facility lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commissioning, construction, facilities, or building systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
