Job Summary

Assist in coordinating and managing the Commissioning startup and commissioning activities for assigned projects, including setting up projects in CxAlloy, drafting commissioning plans from contract documents, submitting RFIs, coordinating with Construction Project Managers and foremen, tracking action items, conducting site walks, developing and maintaining documentation and reporting for startup/commissioning activities, preparing Owner Training agendas and schedules, and organizing Final Startup and Commissioning reports to all parties.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering or 4 years of MEP experience/vocational training
  • A degree in Mechanical engineering with EIT or PE credentials
  • Commissioning experience on new or existing building construction projects
  • Experience with CxAlloy or other commissioning software
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work well as part of a team, independently, and also pursue new opportunities in internal business units
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to respond quickly to changing customer demands.
