Job Summary
Set up new care providers on systems, coordinate information, and support colleagues across Adult Social Care to ensure services run smoothly. Maintain accurate records, manage and share data, monitor inboxes and work queues, and respond to queries from providers, social workers, and contract management colleagues. Progress requests promptly so stakeholders receive the support they need. This role supports the Commissioning and Contract Management Team within the Care Market Hub, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services. The position offers development opportunities within a small, collaborative team focused on Adult Social Care.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence communicating effectively by email and telephone
- Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Good IT skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
