Job Summary
Source and screen candidates for healthcare and manufacturing roles, coordinating interviews and managing the full recruiting pipeline. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using your own tools to identify qualified talent, while building a strong network of industry contacts. Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to maximize placement volume and earning potential within this commission-only structure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare and/or manufacturing industries
- Must have your own sourcing tools and resources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure
- Understanding that initial placements may take 60-90 days on average, but consistent effort will lead to a steady stream of income
