Commissioned Financial Adviser

As a Financial Adviser for Old Mutual in Malmesbury, you will champion customers’ lifetime financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound financial advice, and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. You will procure new business and expand sales with existing customers, primarily working from your own leads and leveraging your regulatory qualifications (RE5) and CPD requirements. Required qualifications include a Senior Certificate (Matric/NQF4), 24 months of financial-industry experience, a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and a clear criminal record. Core skills include building trust, consultative selling, customer focus, identifying sales opportunities, probing questions, qualifying prospects, and managing sales data to strengthen customer relationships.
