Job Summary
Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using text and social media tools. Build lasting customer relationships by providing honest, confident feedback on style and fit, while stocking, re-merchandising, and managing price markdowns to keep the department ready. Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and offer honest product knowledge to help shoppers look and feel their best. The role requires flexible hours based on business needs and occasional duties in other departments.

- Handling bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
