Job Summary
Circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, and share Loyalty program benefits to cultivate long-term relationships. Drive sales by embracing technology and processing register transactions while maintaining floor and fitting room standards. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements to ensure seamless in-store and online experiences. This part-time role in Century City offers Day-1 medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus PayActiv access to earned wages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
