Job Summary
Guide customers in-store and online by establishing long-term relationships through engaging conversation and product knowledge. Circulate the sales floor to determine needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Drive sales proficiency while maintaining operational excellence through floor upkeep, fitting room standards, and leveraging the fulfillment system. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers, and participate in merchandising and operational requirements. Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands involving prolonged standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and frequent computer use.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
