Job Summary
Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Deliver operational excellence by leveraging the fulfillment system, upholding merchandise standards, and maintaining floor and fitting room conditions. Build long-term client relationships both in-store and online while driving sales through proficiency with technology and handheld equipment. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, process register transactions, and read instructional documents for safety and procedures. Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 25lbs. Create a seamless, fun experience that guides customers to make style a source of creative energy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
