Job Summary
Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy by establishing long-term client relationships both in-store and online. Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through the art of conversation. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including leveraging the fulfillment system, adhering to merchandise to sell standards, and maintaining floor and fitting room upkeep. Drive sales with clients by embracing technology and processing register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers. This part-time role requires flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands of prolonged standing and lifting up to 25lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
