Job Summary
Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Deliver operational excellence by maintaining merchandise standards, floor upkeep, and fitting room cleanliness while leveraging the fulfillment system. Drive sales with in-store and online clients through proficient use of technology and handheld equipment to process register transactions. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements while reading instructional documents for safety and procedures. Requires working flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands of prolonged standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and frequent use of computers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
