Job Summary
Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy by establishing long-term client relationships both in-store and online. Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Deliver operational excellence by leveraging the fulfillment system, adhering to merchandise standards, and maintaining floor and fitting room upkeep. Create a seamless experience while driving sales through proficiency with technology and handheld equipment. Process register transactions and participate in merchandising and operational requirements. Requires prolonged standing, lifting up to 25lbs, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
- Ability to process register transactions
