Job Summary
Conduct outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn sales to US business owners using a warm, contextualized lead pipeline. Close deals for virtual assistant placements where commission is tied to recurring hours billed by placed clients. Maintain a disciplined routine during US EST/PST business hours to secure uncapped, USD-denominated recurring income that compounds as your book of business grows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience
- Exceptional spoken English
- Comfortable working US EST/PST business hours
- Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
- Hungry for uncapped, USD-denominated, performance-based income
