Job Summary
Commission on Out of School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes — a DC-appointed, voluntary board of 21 members tasked with developing a District-wide strategy for equitable access to out-of-school-time programs, drafting a strategic plan, and coordinating interagency efforts. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 nongovernmental members who are representatives of organizations providing youth development programs in the District
- At least one consumer of youth development programs in the District
- 21 members total representing key community stakeholder constituencies or district agency heads or designees
- Term length of 3 years
- Residency in the District of Columbia
- Appointments via the Mayor with advice and consent of Council
- Non-governmental members comprise a majority of the Commission
