Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions. Execute a 10-step sales process to identify prospects, deliver presentations, and close deals, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Maintain motivation within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins. Travel Monday through Thursday, then enjoy weekends off. Earn commission-based income with uncapped potential, residual income from renewals, and quarterly vacations.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday
