Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with farmers, small business owners, and families to educate them on supplemental insurance solutions and close deals. Execute a time-tested 10-step sales process to identify prospects and deliver compelling presentations, supported by AI-driven training and coaching. Maintain motivation within a team-based culture that shares best practices and celebrates wins. Travel Monday through Thursday for client interactions, followed by weekends off, while earning uncapped commissions and residual income.
Required Qualifications
