Job Summary
Travel to your territory to meet potential customers (farmers, small business owners, and families) face-to-face to educate them about Platinum’s supplemental insurance solutions. Follow a time-tested 10-step sales process backed by AI-driven training and mentorship to identify prospects, deliver compelling presentations, and close more sales. Work within a team-based culture that celebrates wins and shares best practices, with marketing, recruiting, back-office support, and customer service handled by the company. Enjoy a 4-day workweek and weekends off, plus travel incentives and opportunities for advancement. Must be 18+ and comfortable with overnight travel Monday–Thursday as part of territory-driven sales. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, where many new reps earn $75,000+ in their first year and top performers exceed $100,000.
