Prepare, package, and distribute food and commissary items in a secure corrections environment by following recipes, portion standards, and safety protocols. Operate basic kitchen and packaging equipment while stocking, rotating inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas. Complete accurate order fulfillment and support teammates to meet daily production goals. Adhere to security, hygiene, and continuous improvement standards throughout the shift.
