Job Summary
Commissary Production Team Member (CPTM) at Impact Kitchen responsible for dishwashing, preparing and working both Hot and Cold line kitchen stations, and ensuring guest satisfaction through high-quality food. Focus on food preparation according to detailed recipes, maintaining food safety and sanitation, monitoring quality and freshness, and supporting back-of-house operations. Duties include receiving and storage of deliveries, proper FIFO inventory, maintaining kitchen equipment and spaces, and adhering to company and provincial food-safety guidelines. Requires standing for extended periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, and Work Permit. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience with a general understanding of cooking and cleaning fundamentals and practices
