Job Summary
As a Commissary Clerk, you will support the Warehouse Management team in daily operations including loading/unloading trailers, moving product between locations, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. You will follow HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and Food Safety guidelines, assist with dock shipping/receiving, maintain documentation for shipments, and help manage inventory and labeling/packaging. Strong focus on safety, timely execution, and collaboration with QA Director on Food Safety initiatives; forklift operation and adherence to company policies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Forklift Certification
- Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to operate pallet-wrapping machines
- Solid attendance
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time-management
- Safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
- Drug test clearance
