Job Summary
Assist in providing commissary operations and services at assigned locations by pulling and delivering orders to inmates at specified correctional facilities. Maintain a clean workspace and execute various processes while cross-training across distribution departments or specializing in a specific area. Work on your feet throughout the shift, lifting up to 50lbs, and provide great customer service in a professional, upbeat manner within a correctional environment. Must be at least 18 years old with grocery, retail, or warehouse experience; inventory handling and computer skills are a plus. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm or until done.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be a self-starter who can work well with people in a correctional facility in a professional, upbeat manner
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have grocery, retail or warehouse experience
Desired Qualifications
- Inventory handling experience
- Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs)
