Commissary Operations Supervisor Non-Exempt

Manage all aspects of commissary operations and services at the assigned correctional facility, including manpower coverage, security, and inventory control. Assist with training new team members, ensure employees are working where needed, and maintain accurate product inventories. Complete required reporting, document priority tasks and personnel problems for management, and report discrepancies with written documentation. Provide recommendations for improvements and maintain a clean, orderly workspace while promoting positive teamwork. This role requires standing in for the Assistant Operations Manager as needed.
