Job Summary
Produce handmade, plant-based bath and body care products from various recipes while adhering to strict material handling procedures and brand standards. Operate equipment efficiently, manage raw material and finished product stock, and complete periodic inventory audits. Collaborate with the manager to schedule production, track shipments and performance metrics, and ensure all products meet quality control requirements before shipping. Perform general cleaning and commissary maintenance, and work independently to resolve production needs with vendors and end-users. This role requires a warm, friendly attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work five days per week, approximately 30 to 45 hours depending on production needs.
