Job Summary
Pull orders, unload and load trucks, and receive inbound product while labeling and putting away items. Restock vending machines throughout the Spartanburg Detention Facility and make deliveries to inmates. Use custom software to track order issues and run reports, maintaining compliance with company and facility safety policies. Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor while managing inventory and communicating with internal and external customers. Maintain regular, punctual attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a clear background
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to handle basic math, calculating totals, and managing inventory
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
