Job Summary
Assist with food preparation, mise-en-place, and kitchen setup across sections; follow recipes and directions closely to deliver dishes with accuracy and consistency; support plating during service; work with senior chefs and kitchen porters to keep the kitchen running smoothly; help with cleaning routines and adhere to hygiene standards; store and label ingredients properly and help manage stock and rotation; maintain a tidy station and contribute wherever needed; uphold health and safety practices; part-time/0-hour contract in the Netherlands (NL) with Eindhoven locations, within a hybrid hospitality concept; fluency in Dutch is preferred, English a plus; opportunity to learn, grow, and receive employee discounts across properties in Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in a professional kitchen, or recently completed culinary school.
