Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions; fulfill customer e-commerce orders with accuracy and attention to detail; shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products; scan products and process transactions using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards; contact customers to verify order accuracy or discuss substitutions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Training is provided and prior experience is not required. Criminal background check is required for candidates 18 years or older. This is a unionized position at Maxi/Loblaws in Granby, QC, Canada.
