Job Summary

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, weigh and mix ingredients, and prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods for doneness; monitor quality; set up and break down work stations; and serve portions. Follow safety and quality policies; maintain professional communication; support team goals; and maintain proper cleanliness and confidentiality. Stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors. Education requirement: High school diploma or GED; minimum 1 year related experience; no supervisory experience; license/certification: none. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (on-site).
