Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion, chop, store, and wash produce; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; cook according to recipes and quality/presentation standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test foods for doneness and monitor quality; set up and break down workstation; serve portions and maintain a clean, safe kitchen; follow safety policies, report maintenance or safety issues, maintain professional communication, protect company assets, and work with teammates to achieve goals; ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 25 pounds) as part of a kitchen role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
