Job Summary
Prepare ingredients and perform cooking tasks according to recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include portioning, chopping, washing, weighing, and mixing ingredients; operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; cooking foods to specification; setting up and breaking down work stations; serving portions and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Maintain food quality by monitoring temperature and adherence to safety and security policies; complete safety training and certifications; develop positive relationships with team and communicate professionally. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; related work experience preferred.
