Job Summary
Assist the Production team in food preparation and related kitchen duties; follow instructions from the Executive Chef or Chef de Partie in any section to meet Accor standards; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; maintain procedures and clear records; strive to exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food; escalate any matters affecting ACCOR to Management; support the F&B Services department as needed; provide effective team support, coordinate with other departments to ensure equipment use and task completion, maintain grooming and hygiene standards, and ensure safety and cost efficiency in operations; ensure recipes, methods, and instructions are followed, hygiene standards are met, and that food items are produced, presented, and served to the highest quality; coordinate with Department Coordinators and Supervisors to ensure readiness and efficient resource utilization; adhere to hotel policies and environmental commitments, and participate in health, safety, and preventive measures as required; be ready for any delegated responsibilities by Management; comply with ISO and environmental standards and contribute to sustainable practice.
