Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion and store food, wash/peel produce, measure and mix ingredients, and cook using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to meet recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is prepared to quality and safety standards, set up and break down work stations, portion and serve food, monitor temperatures, follow safety and security policies, maintain professional communication and teamwork, and comply with uniform standards. Education: high school diploma or GED; experience preferred but not required for entry-level kitchen role.
