Job Summary
Commis III position in a hotel within the Accor network. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and service of all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment, knowing menu items and daily features, and following kitchen policies, safety, and sanitation procedures. Must deliver professional, friendly guest service, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work cohesively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are valued, with prior culinary experience and a culinary diploma regarded as assets. This role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in food preparation, attention to guest needs, and adherence to service standards.
