Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion and chop, wash and peel produce, weigh and mix, follow recipes and check quality; prepare cold foods and operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test for doneness and monitor quality; set up and break down stations; serve portions and maintain kitchen sanitation; follow safety policies, report maintenance and incidents; maintain professional communication and teamwork; uphold quality standards, stand or walk for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
