Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, portioning, chopping, and storing food; wash and peel produce; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients; prepare and cook according to recipes and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality and temperature; set up and break down work stations; serve food in proper portions; maintain a clean and safe kitchen and equipment; follow safety policies and complete required safety trainings; communicate professionally and work effectively as part of a team.
