Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull items from freezer storage to thaw. Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish while maintaining food logs and monitoring prepared food quality. Cook food according to recipes and presentation standards, prepare cold foods, and inform the Chef of excess items for daily specials. Communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to service staff and address guest service needs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while reporting maintenance needs and unsafe conditions. Follow all safety policies, maintain professional appearance, and perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
