Job Summary
Commis I (Pastry) responsible for preparing breads and pastries, doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating per recipes and production sheets; ensure food safety compliance, maintain logs, and support management in staffing and coaching; perform diverse kitchen duties, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods; preferred technical/trade/vocational education and 2+ years related experience; non-supervisory role with Marriott, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
