Monitor portion quality and assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Serve as a role model and mentor, ensuring personal hygiene and professional appearance while handling sensitive issues with tact. Move objects up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending and standing for extended periods. Requires at least two years of related work experience and a technical or vocational degree.
