Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish while maintaining food logs and monitoring prepared food quality. Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while reporting maintenance needs and unsafe work conditions. Anticipate guest service needs and maintain professional uniform and appearance. This Commis I role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Candidates need at least three years of related work experience and a technical or vocational degree.
