Job Summary
Commis I - Butcher at Marriott International in Doha is responsible for preparing meals and substitute items, regulating oven and equipment temperatures, thawing frozen items, ensuring proper portioning, presentation, and garnish, maintaining food logs, and ensuring food quality. The role involves cooking according to recipes and standards, assisting management with hiring/training/scheduling, enforcing safety policies, protecting company assets, delivering clear communication with staff, supporting team goals, maintaining professional appearance, and coordinating with Food & Beverage staff on menu specials and stock. Candidates should have at least 3 years of related experience (preferred) and a Technical/Trade/Vocational School degree.
