Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull items from freezer storage to thaw. Cook food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish. Maintain food logs, monitor prepared food quality, and communicate assistance needs during busy periods. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Anticipate guest service needs and maintain professional appearance. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
