Job Summary
Commis I at an Accor property in Amman is responsible for preparing and servicing all food items for a la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards. The role involves maintaining knowledge of menu items, participating in daily shift briefings, ensuring proper rotation of products to minimize waste, adhering to safety and sanitation policies, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment, and supporting the team to meet guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Culinary field required

- Journeyman’s papers or international equivalent (asset)
- Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
