Job Summary
Prepare mise en place for the restaurant and breakfast buffet, manage guest reception and internal assistance, and support the dining service to enhance the guest experience. Perform hot coffee preparations including coffee, cappuccinos, and tea, while ensuring adequate buffet replenishment. Set up the restaurant room and tables for the next service round. Work part-time for 30 hours weekly across 6-7 days, including day and evening shifts. The role offers a one-year fixed-term contract with potential conversion to permanent status, a salary range of €16,000 to €17,000, and access to group dining rates across 59 UNA properties.
