Job Summary
Prepare mise en place for the restaurant and breakfast buffet, manage guest reception and internal assistance, and support the dining room service to ensure a positive guest experience. Perform hot coffee preparations including espresso, cappuccino, and tea, while maintaining adequate buffet replenishment and setting the dining room and tables for the next service. Work part-time 30 hours weekly across day and evening shifts from Monday to Sunday.
