Job Summary
Manage mise en place, welcome guests, clear tables, and maintain order in the dining room. Support the Chef de Rang in daily service operations while adhering to HACC standards and procedures. Requires full-time availability with no meals or accommodation provided. Applicants must possess at least one year of experience in a 4* or 5* hotel, strong Italian skills, and good English. The role demands strong organizational abilities, communication, customer orientation, and teamwork within Il Bottaccio, a Boutique Art Hotel & Relais & Châteaux located in the Versilia region of Tuscany.
Required Qualifications
- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano
- buona conoscenza di inglese
- Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5*
- gestire la mise en place
- accogliere la clientela
- sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
- supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure HACC
- Contratto a tempo determinato (da subito) con possibilità di stabilizzazione
- Disponibilità full time
